1. NAME OF THE COMPETITION:

International Hard Enduro XL race 2018.

3. DATE AND PLACE:

3.1. International Hard Enduro XL race takes place between 8th June to 10th June 2018 in Virgin, Utah in USA. Paddock race office will be located in the area of lower station of the lift to La Quinta Inn & Suites La Verkin - Gateway to Zion.

3.2. Race office will be open: 7th June 2018 at 18:00-22:00.

 

4. EVENTS PROGRAM:

– 07:00 – 08:00 – riders registration, picking up the chips

– 08:00 – mandatory technical meeting for all classes about 3 days of racing

– 08:00 – lining up the riders before the start

– 08:30 – start of the race

– 13:00 – lining up the riders before the start

– 13:30 – start of the race / EXPERT and EXPERT MASTERS classes

– 16:00 – MOTORCYCLES OF HOBBY AND HOBBY MASTERS

– 20:30 – MOTORCYCLES OF EXPERT AND EXPERT MASTERS RIDERS

 

5. CLASSES:

The minimum age for riders in each class is 16 years old.

 

HOBBY and HOBBY MASTERS*:

License: not required

Age: born before 2002.

Required: insurance

Route category: basic, easy to navigate, dedicated for riders with basic Hard Enduro skills.

 

EXPERT and EXPERT MASTERS*:

License: not required

Age: born before 2002.

Required: insurance

Route category: deditaced for Hard Enduro experienced and pro riders. The route is moderately difficult.

 

* MASTERS age: born before 1978

 

6. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

6.1.  Each competitor must provide the following documents:

ID card

OC and accident insurance – you can buy the insurance at the race office during rider’s registration on 7th and 8th June 2018.

If a competitor has not yet reached 18 years of age (as of thursday 07.06.2018) he will need the guardian’s declaration signed by both parents.

6.2. Each rider must fulfill the following conditions:

Registare before 30th May 2018.

The motorcycles must be in a technical irreproachable condition. They will go through technical control after rider’s registration in the race office.

Own a procective helmet and clothing: goggles, gloves, boots and pads.

Rider’s medical condition must allow him to participate in the race.

Confirm his start on 7th June between 18:00 and 22:00 or on 8th June between 08:00 and 10:00 and bring all documents from point 6.1.

Signe riders statement regarding personal responsability.

Own the time transponder. Time transponders will be given to the riders during registration at office. Riders will get the time transponders after paying the deposit of 300 PLN / 70 Euro. Deposit is returned after returning the time transponder.

 

7. RIDERS REGISTRATION / STARTING FEE:

7.1. Online registration starts at 9:00 on  2018 and will last till 18:00 on 30th May 2018. There is no possibility to registrate in the race office.

7.2. Starting places are limited to 350. After exceeding the limit of 350 riders a reserve list will be created. Starting fee must be payed up to 7 days after registration – before paying the starting fee make sure that your name is written on the registration list on postitions 1-350. Not paying the starting fee on time will result in deleting rider’s name from the registration list – the first riders from the reserve list will take his place. The organizer reserves the right to put on the start list additional 25 invited riders.

Route

Race day It is taking place on the slope of Great Mountain and consists of various obstacles – beams, tires, rocks, hard driveway and technical downhill.
